What is Accountability Coaching?
A results-based Accountability Coach someone who helps you identify your goals and develop an actionable plan to achieve them. Process
How it Works
Step 1: Schedule a Free 1-on-1 Consultation
We’ll talk about your specific goals and challenges. This is not a sales call. This is an opportunity for us to determine if we are good match going forward.
Step 2: 2-Week and Month-to-Month Roadmap
Right from the start, we will set attainable goals and start working toward them. In addition to our 1-on-1 coaching sessions, we will use tools like Goal and Habit Trackers and regular Accountability checkins to keep you on track.
Step 3: Monitor & Maintain
Solidify your commitment to change. I will check-in regularly and provide encouragement and regular commendation. With a little daily accountability, you maintain and solidify your new habits.
